Morgan Duhan was born for real estate. A fourth generation “Greensborian,” her family has been involved in the local real estate scene for over 75 years – from home construction and development to property management.
“My great-grandfather A.J. Jamison would famously trade tractors, horses, and other goods for real estate,” Morgan explains. “He believed strongly that everyone should win in a transaction, a value that I cherish today.”
While Morgan has a passion for all things historic (she obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Historic Preservation from UNC Greensboro), her experience in property management is the driving force to want to help others find their dream home.
“Just like people, each home is different, and to find the perfect match makes my heart sing! I want everyone to have a home where they can feel safe, rested, and inspired,” she says.
Being a REALTOR© also offers her a challenge she’s ready to face head on. “I thrive in situations that require creativity and out-of-the-box solutions,” she explains. “Listening to my clients is my top priority. I think the art of listening is severely underrated, and paired with clear and frequent communication, I can prioritize clients’ wants and needs.”
