A licensed REALTOR in 1992, Libba specialized in the new construction market for thirteen years in Virginia and Greensboro, NC until her second child was born. Libba says “She loved matching the right home and lot to each buyer and being a part of the building process. It’s amazing how well you get to know folks through the 5-6 month home construction period.”
In 2009 she threw her hat into a different ring, but real estate was never far from her mind.
“I began my second career in admissions at Canterbury School where I worked for nine years,” Libba explains. “This was a wonderful experience and I often told prospective parents that my job recruiting for Canterbury was similar to listing or showing the same awesome house over and over again!”
Libba’s enthusiastic personality is perhaps her strongest trait when representing her clients.
“I believe in building relationships based on trust and respect. I ask a lot of questions to find out about the people I'm working with and the houses they are selling or buying,” Libba says. “Listening to those answers is the key to getting to know buyers and sellers and to find out their motivations for making a move. I try to develop long lasting relationships with buyers and sellers and hope to become an advisor, a friend and their favorite REALTOR!”
