Charlotte Davidson Quinn grew up in Greensboro and has enjoyed watching the city evolve over the years. She has been a fulltime licensed Realtor® since 2009, helping her clients buy and sell homes across the Triad. Charlotte has enjoyed her years at TRM, living and working in the town she knows best. She takes great pride in her work, and loves guiding clients through their housing transitions. She handles each transaction with enthusiasm and care – whether it’s an historic property, new construction, foreclosure, or a multimillion dollar estate.

Charlotte understands the stresses and challenges that can come with buying or selling a home. She believes informed and expert representation is critical to ensure a client’s interests are protected, in addition to making the process a smooth and successful one.

In her free time, Charlotte gives back to the community through her involvement with organizations including Kids Path (a division of Hospice), the Barnabas Network, and the Humane Society. She has also incorporated her company into local business alliances like Triad Local First. She’s a Greensboro Grasshoppers fan, as well as a fan of her dogs Bear and Lib. Charlotte’s husband, Tyler, is involved in commercial real estate brokerage and development, so between the two of them, they have a unique and thorough understanding of the local real estate market.

Charlotte is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation for her expertise and documented performance in the top 10% of the local market. Charlotte is also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar GUILD™. In 2016, she was recognized as one of the Triad’s ‘Top 40 Leaders Under Forty’ by the Triad Business Journal.
